&Nbsp& Nbsp; The TPB hydraulic profile control injection pump utilizes the principle of hydraulic transmission, achieving energy transfer between constant power variable displacement oil pumps (or manual variable displacement oil pumps) and hydraulic oscillators, thereby changing the traditional mechanical transmission chain and reducing mechanical transmission links. After more than ten years of development, this pump has become a mature technology, excellent function, and reliable performance profile control and water plugging equipment, especially suitable for high-dose, long-term, stable pressure water plugging and profile control operations, and suitable for various plugging agents. It has been widely used in profile control and water plugging operations in major oilfields across the country, and has become the selection equipment for middle note, water plugging, polymer injection and other process measures in secondary and tertiary oil recovery. At present, the pump has formed a series of products with different displacements and pressure requirements, with a higher working pressure of up to 40Mpa.
